My aspirational career would be as a cinematographer in film and television. I was very interested in acting when I was younger and being in front of the camera, so when an opportunity arose to study Media Studies at GCSE and learn the skills needed behind the camera, I took it. Since doing my print production for coursework I have further developed my interest in photography and a number of my pictures have been used professionally by local newspapers and clients for their personal marketing, these include BFI Film Festival 2019, Boroughs United Arts Competition and a book launch at The Hackney Empire. I have also photographed birthdays, christenings and baby showers for friends and family, so I’m really focused on developing these skills further.
