Her activism began at a young age thanks to her parents always bringing her along to protests and meetings.

Nowadays, her focus lies in how to incorporate an anti-imperialist ideology in the home and the classroom, and she continues to provide support and resources to grassroots organisations which actively seek liberation for the Global South and those in the diaspora.
